If this is your first time to King of the Ring Martial Arts, the first step would be to take advantage of my free introductory lesson. This will allow you to experience for yourself the positive, life-changing benefits that my training programs provides.

After the free introductory lesson, pricing are as follows:​

Martial Arts Programs

  • Monthly Sessions - $320

  • Casual Sessions - $50

Fitness Programs Design

 

  • MMA Warrior Strength and Conditioning - $280 to $420

​

​(This program is specifically tailored for Mixed Martial Artists, Muay Thai fighters, BJJ players and other combat athletes who are training with the goal of fighting either amateur or pro and want an easy to follow, step-by-step, periodized program to develop explosive power, endless cardio and make weight for fight day)

  • Warrior Bikini Body - $280

 

(This program is specifically tailored for females. The Warrior Bikini Body Workout is a no-holds barred, one of a kind, simple but brutally effective training and nutrition program that will transform you into a strong, bikini body powerhouse with functional skills to back it up)

Includes 2 1-on-1 sessions, training program and a customized nutrition program

​

 

  • Warrior Strength and Conditioning - $280

 

(Training program for Simultaneous Fat Loss and Muscle Gain)

 

Includes 2 1-on-1 sessions, week training program and a customized Warrior nutrition program

 

 

  • Warrior Muscle Building - $280

 

(Muscle building program that will get you jacked up fast)

 

Includes 2 1-on-1 sessions, training program and a customized Warrior nutrition program

 

 

  • Warrior Sport Strength - $280

 

(A sports specific strength & condition program)

Includes 2 1-on-1 sessions, training program and a customized Warrior nutrition program

Notes:
​

Monthly sessions consist of 8 Private sessions to be used within a month. eg 2 sessions a week. If for some reason you can only train once in any given week, you can make it up by training 3 times the following week. As long as the 8 sessions are used up within a month in any configuration that suits you.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
​

24 hours notice is required for a cancellation or rescheduling in order to receive credit for the session. Failure to cancel within this time frame or failure to show up for a session will result in the client being charged for the session. Exceptions will only be made in the case of a medical emergency.

​

 

Tardiness Policy
​

Be ready for training at least 5 minutes before your scheduled session. Clients are expected to begin working out at the start time of the scheduled appointment. A late start time does not entitle a client to a session longer than the scheduled appointment.
